I was just now watching a replay online of the game (Blue Jays vs Raiders) and Joey Latino was interviewed at the end, he was quoted as saying "After the 10th, I left it up to him, inning by inning, I asked how he felt, and he said coach, i'm fine. So I left him out there, then after the 15th, I said you have given us all you have, time for the bullpen to take over"
WHY wait til the 15th after nearly his 200th pitch?
Video of Replay

The Jesuit guy retired 21 straight batters.
High school games are only 7 innings long.
That means that the kid essentially pitched an entire perfect game in the middle of the actual game.
