Mock drafts are different than these rankings. The mocks take into consideration what the team needs are. I think the lists they are making are basically a best available type of ranking.

Owen Stephenson from San Francisco is another portal arm to watch. We were on him around the same time as Keaschall. I don't know what the overall interest in either was though.

Max Debiec from Washington is another one we've been on for a while, he just hit the portal today as well. Big time arm coming off TJ. From a draft profile standpoint, he's the closest thing to Thatcher Hurd in the portal (as far as draft profile out of high school).

It looks like Zeb Ruddell is playing for the Liberal BeeJays in the Rocky Mountain Baseball League this summer, but I haven't been able to find a roster or stats. I'll keep digging.

Does signability factor into mock drafts, rankings or both?

My guess would be they would factor in more on mock drafts but not so much straight rankings.
But then that wouldn't make sense with Kling dropping. So I can't really say that is true as far as the prospect live ranking. Unless they questions Kling's consistency with the bat.

I’m taking a chance here and hoping that the guy who does those LSU Daily interviews on Twitter posts here. He’s been interviewing incoming signees. The only question I would ask him to add is if and where the guys are playing this summer.
