Trust me, there isn't a difference between Tre' Davious White and Jalen Ramsey.
JaMarcus Russell, Glen Dorsey, Tyson Jackson, Mo Claiborne, Barkevious Mingo, Sam Montgomery. All these guys have been or will be top 5 picks and none of them were "5 star guys" according to Rivals.

To be fair, it's hard to evaluate guys like Hester in HS. His drive is what made him great, not his physical attributes. It's hard to predict if that "drive" is as effective in HS as college.
