Why should it be limited to just in-state?

Your example was Collins, who was from Baton Rouge. The problem is that there’s not much for OL in Louisiana. Also OL are very hard to project.

We've been hearing Van Pran was a heavy lean to UGA for 2 months. Coach O is doing well in recruiting in every position, but OLine. I've give us a C- in that respect. Without Cardell we'd be a D+.

He was my example because he was our last elite tackle recruit we got not because of location. Yeah louisiana doesn’t produce many great O-lineman which is why we should have been all over Sed from the beginning. He got SEC offers from georgia, ole piss, CrimeU, tennessee, auburn, arkansas and bama all before LSU

Out of state schools have the luxury of offering whenever they please. LSU has to wait until they’re sure he’s legit, especially after firing Juluke. There were some fences to mend in NOLA.

Not that that matters in this particular case. This kid never seemed interested in staying in state

I know a little bit about the Easton program. A lot of those kids want to get out of the city. Baton Rouge isn’t far enough from a lot of the things they are trying to get away from. At least he didn’t go to the Gumps.

u people. Now Steven Van Sant is the #1 center in the country since he didn't sign w/ LSU just yet. When has any OL from La ever been the best in the country. Probably never.

Van pran always wanted to go out of state. You can only do so much. Moore staying was big. We got 2 spots left. No sauces but I expect at least 2 big ones in the next 5 months to round this class out.

yeah, I would have pased on the wideout at this stage. LSU has a shitload of top wideouts, they need to get OT Ford back and close with a Evans and Guillory.

Unless they are 100% sure that we lose a WR we had committed already, I do not understand getting another WR. Even if LSU didn't get one WR in this class we would have had Chase, Marshall, McMath, Palmer, Jenkins, and Lee for next year. We already had 3 so our total would be at nine.

The coaches clearly wanted 4 in this class.

The #’s will work out.

Thibodaux—>Auburn

Tub, it’s really past time to let the convo go, because you had been talking out of your arse on the subject. But at least we can ALL agree on the quote above.
