Absolutely nothing wrong with giving Vitello credit. No need to discredit Johnson while doing so.
One has been at his school 7 or 8 years. The other has been at his school 3 years and inherited a very limited roster. People acting like Jay walked into a gold mine are being disingenuous.
Both can be recognized as being outstanding coaches.
