US News and World Report has Auburn ranked way higher than LSU in University rankings but this has nothing to do with Reed going to Auburn. Reed will play at Auburn because Malzahns offense is what's hot right now. He can come into an offense immediately and play instead of sitting behind the guys at LSU.

Auburn has a better school of metallurgy.

To get away from the stinch of the Mississippi River and the bums on the side of the road of Baton Rouge, and to play in an offense that is not dead last in the SEC.

Or to play for a team that completed 1 pass for 1 yard to their WRs against the team with the worst offense in the SEC.

What is Reed gonna do when Malzahn's offense is hot somewhere else next year?

Insecure about dominating you? How's that? We literally feel you pose ZERO threat to us. In any capacity. Not in football, not in baseball, not in basketball, our women are prettier and our academics are better. Am I missing anything?

Dude, you really are an ignorant insecure SOB.

Let me help you...

1. Football - We have been better two of the last 3 decades. Glad you guys had some success this decade. God knows you needed to after being an SEC doormat last decade. Historically I guess LSU is about on AU's level, so congrats.

2. Academics - AU is rated higher in most categories. A recent study (Dec 2008) showed AU only trails UF in the amount a grad makes at mid career (considered between 38-42). No idea where LSU grads rank, but I do remember the top 5 and LSU grads didn't make the cut.

3. Women - Maybe yall's are easier, but that is about it. Again, congrats.

Link that up because the website I saw had LSU grads making the third most in the SEC coming out of school (behind Vandy and UF). Also, the incoming freshman classes at Auburn and LSU have nearly identical academic statistics so you can shove those rankings. 25% of it is peer evaluation and then the important categories such as retention rate, endowment, etc

It's hard to get respect when your school is an ex-convict. When an ex-convict (AU) starts to accumulate wealth (top recruits) people (NCAA) start to look into how an ex-convict did it. You are right about being in the top 5, but it is for most penalized sports program. Not sure how many total wins AU has, because of all the cheating to keep up with UA.
