Foster going to Jimbo. He loves Dual threats and they don’t have one. We have one in Narcisse. Get Goodrich if you can!

The kids actually love E. He’s one of our best recruiters and pulled our 5* all world receiver.

I will be happy with this class if we get the 3 we have been planning on getting, or if Foster takes one of those spots. But, we have to land Surtain no matter what.

We are going to finish strong like we always do. I have full faith in orgeron to bring in the elite talent for us to compete for chsmpionships. If he and our staff develop these players once they're at lsu, there is no excuses for us not to be successful. I expect orgeron and staff to do just that. This was a down year for Louisiana recruiting, compared to what we are used to producing ob average, and next year's recruiting class is going to be another epic class. With orgeron clearly putting louisiana talent first, will put us in position to be very successful in the very near future. Give the man a chance to get his program on track and running. I have a feeling we are going to be in the hunt much sooner than people believe, hell, we arent far off this season. We beat auburn, and hung in with alabama and had our chances, with a depleted rostern that had major holes throughout it. We are going to get back to the top. If orgeron cant do it, then someone else will. Coach O's relationships that he is building throughout the state with high school coaches and players is going to pay huge dividends for our program in the future, book it. This is why I'm on board with O and why I'm optimistic for next year and the years to come.

Man I really hope we get Foster! We could use a QB every year. Don't like skipping years. Need one every year and then let the ones you know won't make it, transfer out.

We are doing just that. Orgeron said he still desired to land a qb in this class, and we are in the running for a good one still. We will definitely get qbs in here under orgeron...something we struggled to do under miles due to his style of offense and his basic and antiquated offensive philosophy. If we don't land one this class, fully expect us to land a couple of good ones next year for sure. As of right now though, brennan is our qb for next season, and I don't expect narcisse to push him hard for the starting job. Brennan sbowed promise for the future in his time under center this season. He looked ore comfortable in the pocket and under stress than etling did in my opinion. He makes quick decisions, and has a very strong and accurate arm with a quick delivery. Our future is bright with brennan. Sure, he made a few ill-advised throws that ended up in ints, but that is expected with aNY true freshman qb. Even tua at bama ajd definitely fromm at georgis had some passes and decisions that were questionabLe. Tuas td on 4th down late in the 4th was not even intended for ridley and was lucky that ball was completed. He took a poor sack in overtime that should have cost them the game, but georgias incompetence in the secondary allowed a 40 yard strike to be completed to a wide open reciever due to poor execution.

A lot of our stuggles have had to do wth our pass blocking and WRs as well. The entire offense needs work, but we most certainly have the talent. They simply need some coaching and these coaches need demand excellence. Good news is that we have added some great talent along the OL and at WR. How did Bugger say that, Iron sharpens iron. It's the truth, we just hadn't had the right talent in here to push one another. I believe O is one of the best at spotting guys who will develop into great players. It's well documented, and when these guys start developing, we will start winning, we start winning, our recruiting will open up nation wide and then you will see a truly dominant team at that point. We'll see

I know. The biggest dumpster fire is this LSU fan base regarding the SE hire.

Leave the pumping and the anti stuff off of recruiting threads.

Let's have a great recruiting weekend.

Geaux Tiger's.

The Finish will be very interesting regardless of how the finish ends up.

So many different variables.

The must signs from my viewpoint are:

1. Surtain Jr.
2. K. Joseph.

I will be totally satisfied with any 2 of the following:

1. Chase
2. Goodrich
3. Foster
4. Watkins (appears to be a long shot now)
5. Keys

My personal preference would be Chase and Goodrich but I do not have any problems at all if 1 spot is Foster and the other spot is any of Chase/Goodrich/Keys.

If J. Foster truly wants in my final 4 would probably look like this - in this order.

1. Surtain Jr. Lock down type of corner (must get especially since we have 0 dbs in this class).

2. K. Joseph s/nickel/cb See above plus best DB in Louisiana.

3. J. Foster because I think that you need 1 legitimate qb recruit in each class.

4. M. Goodrich because he is an elite talent at both db and wr.

My emotional side would give the 4th spot to Chase but....

All very interesting.

So what do you do if foster decides to get on board along with chase and Goodrich?

Obviously you have to leave a spot for Surtain, and hard to turn down an instate guy with high end talent at a position of need (Chase). But I personally think CB is the most pressing need for next year, turning down Goodrich is probably the move here but I’d hate to do so without the bird in hand in Surtain

At CB you return:
-Greedy
-Vincent
-Kirklin
-Fulton*

I’d hope Fulton is ready to play/shine but I’m not too comfortable with even the possibility of 3 corners on the roster next year while waiting on Surtains announcement. Almost rather take Goodrich than foster and then still wait on Surtain

Sure did help us get Marshall! Not too excited about the OC spot either but I think he'll do a good job.

Tua's performance Monday night might have them back in the Foster sweepstakes. He was all Bama prior to that.

Tuna went Tua Monday night. His performance had zero to do with his “development “ at bama.

If anything bama should be frowned upon by him for their development of Hurts.
