Chambliss was injured his Freshmen season, therefore he will be seeking a Medical Redshirt for that first season.

Are you saying that he was injured in 2021 when he didn’t play at all or in 2022 when he played only 2 games? In general I don’t believe you can go back and retroactively claim a medical redshirt in your first redshirt eligible season, then use a normal redshirt in a subsequent season. A medical redshirt is to give another season to a player who had already used a redshirt prior to the year he was injured.

Let’s say like coming in when we want to power run down someone’s throat but also give him the option to pass if need be. Boy would that make this offense extremely tough to deal with. Another issue I see that needs to be addressed is having a big bruiser back who has quickness, balance, power and most of all tough as nails. I want to be an offense that completely capable of running the ball between the line but also bounce it outside when we want. At the same time have that QB who can make all the throws, especially the deep ball but has the ability to fit it in a tight window when asked to do so. Use the entire damn field and be able to wear a team the frick out with the run game. Feature our best athletes regularly, like Green who is 6’7” 255 lbs, can fly, cut, catch, and basically be a freakn nightmare if used correctly. How in the hell did we not throw that guy the ball when in the red zone 75% of the time is a complete disaster. The guy could block out any DB trying to defend him and just stand there and catch the ball. The defender has to either interfere with him or he will score. Then you run designed plays using him as a decoy once he becomes such a weapon. I know Kiffin is licking his chops to design an offense around a guy like that. Then you could use these RBs that we already do have out wide exactly like we did in 2019 with Clyde. Use double move routes to get wide open, use the middle of the field with double post plays, and any type of angle routes that are tough to defend. First though, you have to fix this OL, the way we have recruited that position, there’s no way that we don’t have 5 freakn SEC starters who can dominate defenses. The issue had to be with the coaching style or his attitude towards these guys. I’m not sure what the hell happened but Brad Davis just could not reach run blocking technique to save his life or job lol.

Obviously.

Brad Jackson looks nice

I dont think Colton Joseph is an option. 59% passer that drops to 55% in conference.

Jackson is in the same conference hitting on 71% of his passes, to compare.

Would like either lagway or Sellers. I think Sellers would kill it in Kiffin offense. Lagway needs change of scenery.
