Harvey Williams had a pretty strong Freshman year if I remember correctly

Vincent or Peterson....
Possibly the best player on the D last year, not saying much, but as a freshman CB...not too shabby.
KW had a pretty big impact as a freshman as well. What did he average like 6 ypc?
Of course then he started fumbling all the damn time......

Was Cecil a FR when he burst on the scene?? If so then

**EDIT** I just checked it out and CC was a partial qualifier so I guess technically he was a Soph but basically the same as a RSFR

toliver made some big catches a couple years ago. jerel myers played a lot in 1999, dickson saw playing time in 2006 after zinger was ruled out.
