This kid is a football player, naturally strong and a tough hardnosed kid. My son played against until their high school years he was by far the best player on Cedar Creeks team.

I'd like to see him at LSU as well.

Quick story about him playing baseball. We played against them for the Jr High tournament championship. Lane hit a homerun every at bat. He would hit it so hard the ball would go out of sight after it went over the fence.

Good highlight video of him on max preps. Like how the kid plays. Big frame, he definitely has the ability to turn into a physical beast.

I mean he's definitely good enough to bring in as a walk on. What's to lose? Kid could get here, grow and develop, and become a star. If not, no wasted scholarship and he bangs coeds for 4/5 yrs.. it's a win win. Lane will kill it on campus if he gets any kind of significant time lol. Wish him the best!

The problem with preferred walk ons is once LSU targets them all the small colleges in state get in on them and they end up signing with a smaller school over walking on

With his GPA and ACT score he's going to get tops and probably some academic scholarship money. He will have a decision to make.

This guy really reads the play well. Always knows where the ball is going. I could see him at fullback as well.

This would be great, hard worker, hard practice player, around the ball on almost every play, would definitely get a scholarship on playing special teams beast, if he gets the chance he will make the team. Saw him play plenty will not be outworked for sure—- great head on shoulders He’s a FOOTBALL PLAYER!

He already has his chance. As a preferred walk-on he would be part of the team. He doesn’t have to try out and make the cut.

Coached against him in 8th grade. He was a complete freak at that time. Size and speed was just crazy. I think hes pretty close to the same size though. They put him at nose guard on defense for a while and he almost killed our center. Was unfair. Seemed like a nice kid after game.

A headsy player. A student of the game. Faster than you think. Brings his lunch pail to practice every day!
