He's from Arizona so I could see him transferring to UofA or ASU. I also read an article in which he speaks highly of Oklahoma. No telling where he'll end up but he ain't coming here.

Another exclusion is if they're a graduate student. If they've graduated from school A, they can transfer to school B to start a graduate program and NOT have to sit out. Case in point, Masoli (sp?), Univ of Oregon QB who transferred to Ole Miss (while Nutt was coach I believe) and immediately played.

Doesn't the graduate degree have to be in a subject not offered at their current school as well?

I wasn't aware of that detail, but you're right, AndyJ.
"So Wilson takes advantage of an NCAA rule adopted in 2006 that gives a transfer immediate eligibility if he has earned his degree and seeks a graduate degree in a major not offered by his current school." NCAA Gruaduate Transfer Rule.
