This dude is looking for any decent program that offers the least amount of competition. Good luck to the guy but I don't think he's going to want to compete against Kizer/Jennings/Rettig.

There has been talks that he wants to be the lone QB in the class so if he wants to go somewhere else that is willing to do that for him, we can go with Kizer and Rudolph. I would have no problems with that.

It's a very sound strategy that may work well for him. Not everyone responds well to competition.

Sumlin's offense is actually designed for a Pro style QB who gets the ball out fast. Sumlin adapted the offense to play to Manziel's talent.
From Kyle Allen's highlight tape it looks like he has adequate mobility and throws accurately when moving.
