You are a friend to LSU and that is all any of us can or should ask.

I remember being recruited in college for soccer and the craziness of making the right decision on a personal level then having to deal with the outside influences. This was, for the most part, not on the level of what kids deal with nowadays and college football. It really is about the kid and where he fits best from an academic then a football standpoint. Us diehard LSU fans just hope kids like this stay in state b/c our own pride in the school and these home state kids.

Apologies muddbone if someone got nasty over there on HV. I'm to blame, I guess because I posted in the thread on your son that you'd told everyone here to "RELAX." I was just trying to provide them some information and have them temper their hopes/expectations. I didn't see what all was posted, but some stuff got deleted, so I can only assume things went south.

There's a lot of great information and out there from technology and social media and bulletin boards, but it sure does bring out the worst in some people as well.

I wish the best for your son, wherever he ends up.
