This in reference to the psychology part. To these top number recruits being a 5* and #1 means a lot to them and to keep that rating they have to milk it a bit. If KF committed now I guarantee he would slide down the board. Recruiting services are a business and if the #1 guy is not still in playthen they will find someone who is because that means clicks...
