He doesn't want to go to LSU it seems. I've heard Oregon, A&M, Bama, Auburn.... a lot of teams really. Oregon seems to be the most consistent name to pop up.

He would be a monster in Oregon's offense. He seems like one of those RB/WR hybrids they use so well.

Really wanted to see him live. Unfortunately he was hurt the first time he touched the ball against WM.

Can't get them all--LSU will do fine without Merritt.

If they flip Dillon at Fla, Merrit would be off the board at that point. It won't be LSU for him

Kirk James Merritt is a 5’11 200lb junior Wr/Rb at Destrehan High School. He runs the forty in 4.4 secs (Tulane camp) and he has a 41.7 inch vertical (Nike SPARQ Combine). He can bench press 225lbs ten times, squat 475lbs, power clean 300lbs and dead lift 550lbs. Last year he played with Newman and had over 900 combined yards rushing and receiving. When he was 10, 11 & 12 years old, he was the fastest kid in the nation in his age group (AAU Junior Olympics). Please see attached links.

Went to several of his games and really never impressed me. I wish him well but we don't need him he would be a good fit at aTm
