You guys put so much on every word these kids say. That’s crazy to me. Those kids barely know what they want. There’s so much being thrown out at them on top of enormous fanbases going after them on social media. I’d imagine it’s pretty overwhelming.
My youngest son is 18 and just graduated high school. He is trying to decide what he wants to take in college, which he started trying to narrow down at the beginning of the year.
He has changed his mind at least 100 times already, and feels incredibly strongly about something one day and couldn't be forced to care about it the next.
He doesnt have hundreds of people trying to pull him or influence him one way or the other, and he still can't decide what he wants. I could'nt even imagine if my son was in the position these highly ranked kids are, and that's the thing you have to remember. They are just kids. They don't even know what they want, and to attach any of your own emotions based of what they are going to decide is an exercise in more than just futility, its asking to be driven insane.
Moore may even still end up at LSU. Just let it play out, and dont get too excited or upset one way or the other.
It does make me respect and admire Underwood and his solidarity to LSU. It's incredibly rare, and we extremely fortunate to have him aboard.

ROFLMFAO
“Their point”
“Your head”
The phrase “respect my decision” isn’t them asking you for anything. It’s them telling you “if you don’t like what I’m doing, frick off. I don’t give a damn about you or your opinion.” It’s the new “talk to the hand”, “step off, Jack” or “sit on it” from days of old

For acting so tough they sure are worried about everyone respecting their decision. Why do they care? Also, life lesson kids … you earn respect you don’t ask for it.

No, it's just copypasta. It's no different than "take my talents to". Somebody popular says it, it stuck, and now it's default/de-facto. It only continues becsuse people keep doing it. It's like saying, "Yours Truly/Sincerely", or "With Warm/Best Regards".
That's why I always laugh when grown adults get mad at seeing it.

I’m just mad that people still leave stickers on their hats.

Respect my decision to not respect your decision

I think a lot of these kids get advice to commit without the real intentions of going to said school to generate interest and see how much more money they can get.

Yep.. because when we were kids...there was no internet, and no page for DILL doe's and Cucks to whine about the decisions a 17 year old makes.

The kids earned it when they got the opportunity to pick between powerhouses for a free education… that’s more than any of us ever did
