If you had half of a brain and understood the actual position of quarterback, you would not embarrass yourself on here. If LN was healthy this year, it wouldn't be close.

Seriously? LSU has one of the best QB's in the country committed
They are not the best until they prove it in college.
Evaluating a QB right out of high school is the hardest position to call, our QB recruits are far from being a sure thing.
Time will tell who is the better out of the 3 recruits
Thompson may develop and be the next Zac P

If we get either one, I would be ecstatic. But personally, I would rather Whop.

Been reading articles on Keytaon Thompson this morning related to him winning Mr. Football. I guess both Miles and Orgeron regimes thought Narcisse is clearly the better player? I haven't seen Thompson play....is this clearly the case?

He's not a better QB than Narcisse

I love Junior and Brennan as our QB's and prefer BOTH of them to Thompson. Can't take them all.

Agree. And I hope the other guy has a great career like Dak did except when he plays our Tigers. It is what it is we can't recruit and take them all for sure at the QB position. Now if we had 3 great RB's or LB's I would say try to take them all.

I could be totally wrong but he seemed like a repeat of Anthony Jennings and Brandon Harris.

He's more athletic than Jennings and Harris. Not as talented throwing the ball as Harris was coming out of high school. He reminds me a lot of josh dobbs at Tennessee

No one knows for sure if Thompson will be better than Narcisse or Brennan. No one.
The only thing we all know for sure is that if we took Thompson over Narcisse, someone would say we missed big on Narcisse and that if we took Thompson over Brennan, someone would say we missed big on Brennan.
There is no room for three qbs in this class. I think the two we have and hope to sign both have great potential.

He physically resembles Vince Young as an 18 year old. If he's healthy, he's way more athletic than either of those two.

Ohhhhhh, he is athletic...ha. what they meant was he can't pass accurately. Just what we need.

We've got 2 Elite 11 QBs in this class. Why waste another spot were good!

Like I mentioned earlier, Key was really locked in on coming to LSU with whop. Whop got his committable offer, Key didnt. Cam was really in love with Narcisse and was willing to wait on a committment from him and slow played Key thinking he would be a fall back option.
Once Cam informed Key that they thought they had a good shot at Narcisse, Key decided to move on with his committment, thus causing Whop and Corione Harris to re-open their committment. Dont be surprised if this doesnt have a fall back effect with other Landry Walker recruits, especially now that Frank's gone.
