Who said Books was gospel?

Look at his past predictions on Craig Loston and Randle. He means well, I guess. His whole schtick is to not to get his hopes up on any 5* recruit.

i agree with the majority about Bell. i didnt have anything against him as a person, (BEFORE the Tenn. incident)..but i didnt see him as a "prized recruit". his highlight films werent THAT impressive to me. not to mention he lacks SIZE, and his hands arent GREAT, they're solid at BEST. i really didnt want him to sign with us because i felt we could've used that scholly on a better player. as far as who i think is/will be better out of the 2 (Bell/Claiborne)..definately Claiborne by a long shot.

After watching Kenny Bell in Rayville's Sate Playoff game this year against Parkview Baptist, I'm not sure he didn't do LSU a favor by not honoring his commitment and signing with Alabama.
Now grant it was just one game and I did not see him play any other time, but I was not impressed with him at all, not from an atletic point of view, because he did appear to be a somewhat gifted athlete and did make two great plays in the game. What was disappointing to me was his attitude on the field and his demonstation of not really being a team player by not giving his best efforts when he was not involved in the play. It was easy to see when a play was not called to go his way becaus of his lack of effort - in one play he never even left the line of scrimage. Although not very big, you could tell he was one of the better athletes on the field that night and should have had more of an impact on the game then he did. Rayville lost to Parkview in that game. Now remember when I saw this game he was an LSU commitment, and I told several of my LSU friends at that time that I was not all that impressed with him, so this is not a sour grapes type of comment. I actually wish him the best, but hopes he loses every game to LSU during his career there, but that goes for every Alabama player.

I already have. Like I said, it's punk and shows great disrespect.

Rayville insiders confirm that Toliver is better than Bell.

We did not need another practice player that would not contribute.

He should enjoy the grayshirt.

Kenny Bell..............Disappointing
According to Scott McKay, Bell showed up at Rayville HS on signing day dressed in LSU attire. He then went inside and changed into crimsoneck clothes. Can anyone confirm this? If true, that's really kind of chicken shite on his part. There is no excuse for trying to rub salt in the wound.

McCay is also trying to confirm that Bell is going to be asked to grayshirt at Bama. McKay says there's no "angrier person on the planet" than Bo Barton the head coach at Rayville. If true, McKay says, Saban is going to have trouble recruiting on the I-20 corridor in North La.

There must be just a misunderstanding. Saban woudn't lie, would he?

Saban seems to be having less trouble recruiting LA. recruits as time goes by, Last year only Luther Davis, this year 3 of the top 12 LA. recruits. Troubling if your Miles. Just the facts.

Whoa, yeah!!! I'll bet Miles is simply quaking with fear that he lost:

1. a mediocre, at best, WR who is an untrustwothy, lying sack of shyte, that any of our players could tackle with a slap of their dick. Not to mention that he would have been at the bottom of our depth chart at WR. Of course he wasn't going to come here. He never would have played at LSU.....at Bama, its easy!

2. a big, lazy, attitude problem of a D-Lineman who won't qualify and who most teams would be better served by putting a big hulking retard on the field with them........a retard would probably learn the plays faster. Not to mention the fact that he has been an LSU fan and has hated Bama all his life and only chose Bama as a distant, and unfortunate, second choice simply because LSU didn't offer him. Mmmm, you gotta be proud to take the players who have hated your school all their life and only went there because it was the best of the worst. I'll bet it really left him with a sour taste in his mouth to keep his commitment to that bunch of tools. Too bad Utah didn't offer him.

3. Another un-offerred, and immensely unintelligent, player who WANTED to go to LSU, but who LSU had absolutely NO interest in until Pratt flaked out and we were left scraping around for the dregs at the bottom of the barrel. He's probably the best of the three, but if he ever gets qualified, we'll see if he ever makes any major contributions to the crimson menstruation. In fact, if he goes to JUCO or prep, he may decide to come to LSU after a year.

Yeah, Saban is really cleaning up around here.....LITERALLY.....cleaning up the trash that LSU doesn't want.

Look for the "trash" collecter to be back next year with a bigger truck.
