Yep, you can take that entire quote and just take out the comparison to LSU, and coming down to signing day and it’s completely ok.

He’ll reaffirm his commitment to LSU once he gets off the phone with O when he returns to BR

That’s how it should be, Clemson does it right. I remember when they were recruiting Goodrich I think it was. He shut down his recruitment after he committed

It’s like getting engaged, but still going on dates just to make sure she’s the one

He’s been saying stuff like this and people keep bringing it up and getting downvoted. There was a USA Today article quoting him saying weeks ago-

“I’m solid at LSU, but something could happen, I’m not going to lie. The difference will be being treated well. If they want me, they want me.”

How could anybody be certain about his commitment when he keeps insinuating that he’s not really “committed”?

Yeah Mario Goodrich committed to Clemson on NSD. That’s kinda how that works.

Well then it was someone else, he shut down his recruiting right after a visit. Sorry I was mistaken, all knowing recruiting guru State Farm boy

Can't lie I really have a gut feeling he is all over the map. There just seems to be to much smoke with him and usually that means there is a fire brewing somewhere.

Hopefully the Off the Bench guys get him on the horn again and confirms he is solid to LSU like they have done with him in the past.

And this is why I don't follow recruiting anymore until signing day. Committing is an absolute joke to high school kids now. They will flip to 5 or more different schools mainly for the attention.

There is something so demeaning about this whole process. Grown men whore themselves out to children to keep those big paydays coming in. The kids, often from the very fringes of school/society, soak up that temporary celebrity and milk it while they can.
Truly, any school will do for Kardell. He ain’t there to learn anything, assuming he could. It’s a formality until he’s draft eligible. The whole charade, I repeat, demeans the adults and cheapens the schools.
Embarrassing really.

Are y’all really melting over this?

Did you not expect him to speak highly of any other school throughout the process?

I’m not melting over him specifically. I’m just saying it’s aggravating kids comitt and then take 5-6 visits during the year

Jimbo was consistently quoted as to saying that FSU qas behind all major schools in facility and AD money support.

To say that FSU really has a chance when their championship coach left and they bring in Taggert is just bushleague.
