I was going to post something very similar. I have not been impressed with the way he's carried himself on the field.

Daub has made Randy Moss look like Rudy.

Daub looks lazy and disinterested.

I didn't know what number he was when I was watching earlier, but those were my thoughts about #13. He just kind of stood around and watched. Come to find out, it's Daub.

I can understand being at a new school, maybe not knowing the entire defense, but he just didn't look aggressive at all.

Daub balled. Had 3 tackles for loss, 2 pass breakups , and only watched till the start of the 4th. dude made a nice special teams tackle too.

Anthony JOhnson would take plays off in High School and he doesn't do that at LSU.

John Chavis will get every ounce of energy out of him. He'll play hard for chief IMO.

Haha i agree that they are both playing very well right now, but Rolando McClain is better than both. Hightower is just as good now. Upshaw is making plays as a rookie. But, Chavis and Saban are without a doubt the top 2 defensive minds in college today.

No way. He's shown flashes of being a good player, but is way more inconsistent and immature, he's not even starting for the Raiders anymore. Hightower and Upshaw will be good though, once they get settled. Hightower has all the intangibles, he could have gone to most other schools and still been a 1st round pick. Shep and Riley were more ready for the pro's. Both beat out seasoned veterans for the starting spot and both were successful relatively quickly. Nothing against Hightower and Upshaw, both are good, but Rolando is

Hightower and Upshaw's lack of speed will be their undoing.

Daub admitted to Chad Simmons of Scout.com that he's only 85 percent certain of his commitment. The primary reasons is because Alabama continues to show interest. He also mentioned the possibility of considering USC if they started a full court press in his recruitment.
