i think terrace is a huge reason why JG is considering flipping....

Plus watching Etling put up nearly 350 in the air against aTm didn't hurt either.

I watched every game Brandon and Justin played in high school. There is not a whole lot if difference between the two in my opinion.

Except that Rogers is an elite 11 qb flirting with 5 star status.

I’m not interested in commits to a coach. You and I both know Canada is gone. I’ll leave it at that.

True, Rogers was an elite 11 QB but you write that as to say Brandon was some scrub QB coming out of high school. Granted he didn't pan out at LSU or NC but he was an elite talent. He was rated the #1 dual threat according to 247 at one time and if they had an elite 12, he probably would have been #12 so to ensinuate that there is some huge talent gap between the 2 coming out of high school is wrong. Rogers might turn out to be an awesome QB in college and I hope he does, I'm simply stating what I have seen with my own eyes over their time at Parkway playing the position of Qb is they were very similar.

The issue with Brandon Harris is he has no touch on the short passes. He can sling it deep, but when it comes to short passes, he throws it 100mph and either too high or at the receivers feet.

Can’t speak on Rogers cause I have not watched a second of film on him.

Serious question because I honestly don't know: Is he any better than Harris was?

He doesn't appear to be head and shoulders better than Harris looked in HS scouting film. I fully expected Harris to pan out after his freshman year, but it didn't work out that way. Same with Jennings who was similarly ranked to these two.

I do know that if we keep signing 4 star QBs, one of them WILL turn out to be good/great.

I watched every game he has played. He does the same thing, throws it too damn hard on the screens and swing passes and looses accuracy when doing so. With that being said, that was last year, he might have worked on that over the summer. Poor kid had a serious knee injury the 1st game of the year.

Problem with Harris was between the ears. Everyone said he was great and he believed it.

By all accounts Harris was a good kid who worked hard. He was an innacurate passer despite his efforts to be better. Tim Tebow paid all kind of qb gurus to teach him to throw straight, some kids will just not be accurate.

This post suggests Harris was either too dumb or to full of himself to be a good qb. The kid never seemed dumb to me and was all class when he had to be back up to a sometimes struggling Etling.

Rogers is not Harris. There is not enough info to know how he will play in a college offense, other than to know he has the physical tools that make him a true blue chip.
