Not true. Backcounting is still allowed. Just can't replace kids that don't make it. People are drastically overreacting to this 25 "hard" cap.
Anyone that thinks otherwise, just a few more days and you'll see for yourself. There will be multiple schools go over 25. One is Ohio St if they hit a couple they aren't counting on yet.

Pretty sure Chase played for the raiders at Rummell not for JT.

In terms of route running and ball skills, I’d say he’s the best receiver in the country.

Nice. So Bob is he better then Marshall, whom I thought was number 1 WR in country? In his film he looks like he is built like a brick house.

I haven’t seen Marshall play before so can’t really comment. His film is really impressive. I think these two will be the best since Beckham and Landry by far.

Marshall and Chase have much different styles which should allow them to compliment each other a lot like OBJ and juice did in their career. Not that they are anywhere near the same league as these guys, but I think of Randy Moss when I watch Terrace and Cris Carter with Chase.

U know we are supposed to be all in for LA kids but for my money that St Brown kid is the best we in the country. He's a star and beat Surtain for that gw td. Easily too. Daniels let PS2 know about it too.
