Saw his highlights from the last two games and he is quite simply the best back in LA in college or High School right now. Only back better is Kamara at NO.

His speed, size, vision, foot-speed, hell he is the best all-around back ive seen in Louisiana since Fournette but better..

And that Destrehan offense is disgusting. We are missing out on Torbor. Quincy Brown is a must for 2020.

Are we losing ground at Destrehan?

I think Quincy is 2021.

But you are right, Emery is the big play guy this offense is lacking. He would play day 1.

Hard to believe that he so sold on UGA that LSU can't win him over with some big wins.

Better than any back on our roster right now and it isnt close.

Just tell the boy he will be starting day 1. Sell it, package it, get it done.

I will legitimately feel as if we have completely failed recruiting wise if we fail to get this talent in our backyard. He will start at Georgia by his sophomore year. Holyfield and Herrien and White arent starting over this kid once Swift is gone.

Anyone who thinks he is sitting outside a possible redshirt freshman season, they are delusional.

Only chance we have is if we convince him that starting from day 1 is better in his interests than waiting a year. Zamir is not as talented as this kid.

No need for him with that stacked roster. I said a POSSIBLE Redshirt year.

With those returning backs and talent there is a possibility he could. Year after would be all his when Swift leaves to the NFL.

Vick Redshirted too, member?

This is not true and no one player makes or breaks a recruiting class. If Emery wanted to go to LSU then he would have committed, the truth is he wants to go to Georgia and get out of state. The coaching staff is and has recruited Emery hard and he chose Georgia.

I would rather an elite lineman haul this year especially O-line.

LSU has put plenty of running backs into the NFL so there has to be reason why he selected Georgia and Coach O is a very good recruiter so its not our coach.

He may want to play for a good coach and good offense. Fact is that is yet to be proven at LSU and you know other teams point it out as much as possible.

He was a good DLine recruiter now he is pretty average recruiter for a Head Coach.

You are very wrong. You’re acting like Zamir White was a non-ranked scrub RB out of High School. He was the #1 RB in the nation, and a Top 10 guy. In case you didn’t notice that’s higher than Emery is ranked. I agree he starts over Holyfield, and others, but if White is the same coming off his injury, Emery will not be a starter till his junior year.
