No These are extremely good people not looking for deals For your information his dad is all lsu he wants john to come here and stay in state As for mom...she wants him to make the decision that makes him happy...she is not sided one way or another she does wish that lsu would stop badgering him whenever he meets one about where he is going Last thing john is 6'1 and roughly 200 lbs
Hey a-hole lighten up it was a joke directed at nick Saban and his shady fricking recruiting

Diarse is a winner
Something to be said for that
I hope he is an LSU Tiger when it is all said and done

The film tells it all, this kid is a football player. The combines measure height barefoot and strict, which explains him measuring close to 6ft. The 4.81 forty was probably laser timed, I am sure he ran faster than that at LSU camp with hand times. This is why we should leave it to the coaches, they like his film and liked what they saw in their evaluations of him at camp. The guy is a proven winner and I would welcome him with open arms.

You mean this tweet during game?
What a joke. You pick the one obligatory comment made by him to point out there's a chance he might go to LSU. For all I know, he may well end up in Baton Rouge.
But I don't think this message board needs a lecture on saying only nice things about said kid, when he puts out for all the world to see that he's cheering for Bama in the national championship game.
I mean, really, this is an LSU message board.
You come on here in an apologetic tone, warning posters about negative comments directed toward him. Go ahead and throw a few more of those tweets up for us, and explain how LSU only offered first because their JR day came first. Tell us more about how a 14 year old freshman should be offered a full ride, so his state school can ensure his signature prior to its OOS rival.
shite like that would be reckless. If a bona fide offer made during a recruit's junior year is not enough, regardless of any prior attention, then I see that as a red flag, and I've got a problem with that potential recruit getting an offer in the first place.
This staff has been getting the groceries for seven years. We may not like all the recipes, and we may not enjoy the way it's cooked every time, but there's absolutely no doubt the ingredients are there.

You are saying that is impossible for a kid to prefer a school that his parents don't. You people amaze me with the amount of tard that has settled upon this site.
Of course I'm not implying this, but your limited comprehension skills are easy to see.
I am calling out the poster I replied to for asking people on an LSU message board to censor their comments about a potential recruit who openly cheers for LSU's opponent, and his home state school, in a national championship game.
Where this kid ends up playing college ball will not be affected by any of this dialogue. I read his comments during the game long before I ever saw the first disparaging remark from any ill-advised poster.
I'm not sure why this poster feels the need to make any excuses for anyone. The comments made by Diarse are his own, and of his own free will, and he may yet still end up a Tiger. But, being that they were from him, I'm going to give them a little more validity than I am this anonymous poster.
I'm definitely not going to blame a decision made by him to play OOS for our biggest rival on knee-jerk posters on an LSU message board that are upset he was cheering for Alabama.
If this doesn't better explain for the likes of all horndogs out there where I'm coming from, then you must be part of the collective tard you reference. Good luck with that.

Why come to LSU and never see a pass thrown your way. I'm sure Saban can and is using that with these player. PS. Last thing these kids saw and heard was the butt kicking Miles took from the man they are going to play under.

What position does diarse play in college?
Posted on 1/29/12 at 6:47 am to bigtig
Those video highlights of Neville's '09 championship vs Franklinton in the Dome and Diarse's outstanding play as a freshman are what got Nick Saban's initial attention and got Diarse invited to a Bama summer camp reserved for rising seniors as a rising sophomore.
All I suggest is that in the future our flagship school should pay as much attention to the in-state talent as our rivals do. If Diarse is at the moment a Bama lean most of that can be attributed to who expressed interest in him first.
The picture above was taken at a Bama summer camp in 2010.

Hey, no problem.
If you don't believe these kids read the recruiting forums of the schools they are interested in to see what that school's fans are saying about them, then everything is fine.
Say what you want. Let it rip.

Why is Les slacking on recruiting so badly lately
I think its that old clock management raising its ugly head. Les gets up too late in the morning so he can have breakfast with his kids. Whereas Saban is Santa Clause, that he gets in recruits houses through their chimney at all hours of the night.

For instance, read Diarse's comments during the NC game. Do those comments sound like someone who would even consider LSU an option? Would you think he was raised in a pro-LSU house, like the one his dad supposedly owns?
Not possible. But this poster here on this message board knows the family quite well, and is telling you it is so.
My reading comprehension is fine.
Read what you wrote and tell me what I was supposed to gain from this dummy.

And the Bama fear burns on.
Only feeding the flames are LSU chicken little fans that think a few recruits are more important than a whole program.
LSU has lost many big recruits in the past and still had a 13-1 record last year.
In fact they were the only undefeated team last year at the end of the regular season.
If you can't get behind this program after that because we lost the NCG or lost a few recruits then you need to question yourself about being an LSU fan at all.
If you need to follow a program that loses 1 game out of every 50 to some how validate your very existence then follow the Harlem Globe Trotters.

Guys.. We are all missing 1 point and I hate saying this but it is true. Saban is the biggest name in college football and Alabama is the best team. These kids are drawn to Saban in a special way. John is a great kid with a great family; however there is a good chance he will go to Bama and we can not knock him. Anyone who says he has peeked and it over rated is an idiot. All he does is win.I hope he attends LSU however if he does not I am not going to bash him if he does not.

And the Bama fear burns on.
It's not fear; it's acknowledging reality. The coach of LSU's primary rival has seemingly made it a priority to go after the top recruits in Louisiana each year. LSU and Miles have two choices: address the situation and come up with a solution or continue to be a johnny-come-lately on these kids which will over time hurt the program.
All of the recruiting services start identifying outstanding recruits in their sophomore years, SuperSophs, I think they call them. It doesn't seem like it would take much effort to pick out say the top five sophomores in LA each year and get on them early. Leonard Fournette and Hootie Jones are two that come immediately to mind. Miles should pick out three others and get on those five NOW in every way allowed by NCAA rules.
Only feeding the flames are LSU chicken little fans that think a few recruits are more important than a whole program.
One of the all-time greatest college football coaches, the one who wore a houndstooth hat, was quoted by his biographer as saying that having a successful college football program was determined by: 90% recruiting and 10% coaching.
In other words, your recruits ARE YOUR PROGRAM.
