People on here wanting a boom today. They got it. Welcome. Great get. Saw him play, not great speed but a great athlete. I think he will be a WR.

Does he have a 40 time? His film looks like he isn't running full speed a lot of the time. He has a long stride. Could be one of those deceptively fast players.

Gotta give a whole lot, if not all, the credit to Adam Henry. This is a HUGE pickup for a guy like him this early in his college career
And Bru I gotta give you credit even though you made it a little too easy for some of us to figure. Now its your and Diarse's job to reel in Hootie and don't let him go to SCUM and Ohio State

Tigerbru
He is slow compared to others at his position but he's not too slow to play. All signs say wr is where he'll play and to me that's the best spot for his skillset. Still worried he's one of those guys that peaks in hs but I'd rather have him and find out than not have him and he burns us.
Welcome aboard!
Adam Henry is the biggest reason for this happening particularly so soon. Henry owned this recruitment and turned it upside down in just about 5-6 weeks.
to Coach Henry for a great job.

This. He's off to a great start with the receiving threats in LA.

FWIW, ESPN.com has him with a 4.81 40. I think he looks way faster than that.

Gettng this guy in the class early is huge, hes going to be recruiting other guys hard to lsu as well, just the kind of kid he is, a true leader.

Never doubted you and this just boasts that claim

Jarvis Landry never was considered a speed demon but he had good separation last season IMO.

40 times are over rated. Don't understand why people put so much stock into it. Anquan boldin ran a 4.8 40 at the combine and he's one of the top recievers since entering the league. There's football speed and straight line speed. I would rather have football speed. Great pick up for us.

This kid is electric with the ball in his hands. He reminds me of Peter Warrick. Warrick was not a speed demon, but he knew how to get in the endzone.
