Looks like Guidry is coming off the board soon, just visited Bama, named them his leader and said he's committing on Sunday.

Did something change w/ Ettienne?? After reading through that long thread about him a few weeks ago, I thought he wasn't even considering LSU and was all Bama.

Someone said LSU told him we wouldn't be offering, I think that was more of a "not right now" rather than "not ever". Etienne said something recently about LSU considering him as a safety, which to me is a total WTF. Bottom line is as long as Cam Akers is in play, I dont think they will press Etienne. I also think Etienne is waiting on an LSU offer.

It's not about size, no else is recruiting him as a safety and Etienne said he has no desire to be anything but a RB. We also have 3 top priority safety targets at the moment in Harris, Delpit and Stevens.
