A lot of people are missing the point. Forcible Rape or Forcible sexual assualt has not been alleged. Coercion is not against the law!

It will come down to credibility of the persons involved.
I can guarantee a court will want to believe the 14 year old girl. But the defense will do everything they can to tear her life apart to diminish her credibility.

There must be some serious whores at RHS. Wasn't it just a few years ago a teacher got busted pounding a bunch of young girls before one of the parents found out about it? Now that dude is in prison for a couple of years.

As I said -- she can completely fabricate a story and frick his life up. No judge/jury whatever will rule in favor of the 18 year old black future collegiate athlete when he's matched up against a 14 year old white girl crying unless she can't even get her story straight.

The fricked up part is that a lie from the girl can throw this kid in fricking jail. A lie from the guys and she gets off with frickin nothing.

Has no one watched teen whores on MTV. Most 14 year old girls are whores now. That's just the way it is now with tv and cell phones and jersey shore etc.

An 18 year old superstar athlete with major division 1 scholarship offers and a possible NFL aspirations has to be smarter than a 14 year old girl, slut or not. If this girl was some type of attention whore, he should have been smart enough to stay miles away from her, considering the future that he could have had on the field.
