They're as real as about 90% of the offers "reported" by recruiting fansites. Jaylen Bell had an offer until yesterday(publicly). Was his real or did he fake a year long commitment?

Each school has hundreds of offers but they aren’t committable. If a kid says blessed to receive an offer xxxxx school the school won’t respond with that’s not true.
