Completely wrong. Marshall loves LSU and wants to come here. He just doesn't want to have 15 receptions a season so he's waiting to see how Canada's offense does this year. If they shite the bed then he's gone.

Elite WR do matter. The rest are a dime a dozen to me.
In general I understand the sentiment. To me I get more excited about recruiting studs in the trenches. That's where it all starts...LOS.
O's tenure will likely sink or swim based on whether he can improve the talent in the trenches and either Brennan or Narcisse panning out.

Well this sucks but like everyone else has already said this thing isn't over yet. Plus we are still in it for some great WRs. Would be a stupid haul if we could end with Marshal, Chase, Giles, Keys, or Jason. That would easily be the best WR haul in the country.

I really don't get the melt here. Yeah it's kind of out of the blue, but I mean what's the difference between him committing to Florida today or TCU two weeks ago? We were still going to have to flip this kid.

Personally, I'm "ate up" with Bolden because I believe he's a top-notch two sport athlete that comes from an area we've struggled to recruit as of late.
If the excuse for LSU to not put the full court press on this guy was because there's so many other in state WRs, then I think that's BS... and now there's one less on the board. I'd rather have a versatile 3* who's a lifelong tiger fan on my team than a 4* who lives an hour and a half away from Baton Rouge and is eager to commit to any other school than LSU.

Yes but they run a more pas friendly offense than we have lately. Hopefully that's about to change. If we put up some big passing yards on teams this year, it wouldn't shock me to see him commit to us.

I see your point, you can't just recruit tiger fans and be oblivious to talent level. However I truly believe Bolden is a great athlete and will make our team better... in two sports.

Haha or most of the stars that have made LSU who they are today.... chavis is the only reason welter saw the field at LSU. Look at his backups and what they're doing in the league! Insane how he got away with that weekly

The chase recruitment isn't over by a long shot. We've actually been pretty successful recruiting rummel over the years so I'm not sure where people are thinking Roth is swaying kids away from LSU. I'd still be very surprised if we don't get 2/3 from chase, Jason, and Marshall. Stay tuned boys
