Most reputable sources are saying that he’s backed out due to NIL failures on FL’s part. If that’s the case, it kind of boils down to the following:

He committed exclusively for the NIL deal, which doesn’t look great. Certainly looks awful for UF, but bad for him as well. He couldn’t possibly be a benefit in the locker room if he legitimately doesn’t care about which locker room he’s in.

Rashada has pretty much said “I’m not a team player, and if you mess with my money I’m out.” He could’ve just gone to UF and waited for them to sort it out, but he just cut bait and ran. Not good on his character evaluation.

Didn't the dad come out and say it wasn't true?

This is why you don't sign the NLI..you don't HAVE to sign it. All you would have to do is enroll in school

A dollar today is worth more than an dollar tomorrow. And why should the guy "wait for UF to sort it out" if they made a promise to him? If someone convinces you to leave your job with an offer of a significantly increased salary only for you to get there and hear them say "Uh, yea, we're sorry. We aren't going to be able to get you the money we promised just yet. But just hold on. We will." How much credibility do you place in them that they will come through? Personally, if you failed to deliver on the very first promise you made to me that doesn't exactly build trust for the future.

Professional athletes sign with teams that offer them the biggest contract all the time. That doesn't mean that once there they won't play hard or get along with their teammates in the locker room.

I’m not arguing for or against Rashada; I’m explaining why people think less of him at this time. I’m no insider and don’t pretend to be. This is just the public perception I’ve seen across on3, Twitter and other places.
