My post didn’t say anything about not having a separation from the haves and have nots at all. That separation needs to come from what the school offers not some outside source and it will absolutely change.

Idk how long it will take but there is just no way that this can be sustainable. Millions of dollars upfront for nothing? I don’t care how much money I had, I’d never do it. If there is someone willing to do it, great for them, but the second they lose money, that game is over.
