Meaning, is he fixing to commit to LSU?

Mebbe so?

I like this kid, and I know, in his heart and parents heart, JJ was treated very well and fairly, at LSU.

Yes...there was a great deal of rancor, but JJ got alot of support and love, except when he was put in a position, to struggle.

Can we question the "sincerity" of those decisions? You betcha....the coaches may have gone on hunches, and like poker players, made every effort to win, EVERY GAME.

I was critical, I will not lie, but time heals and I think the Jeffersons understand what LSU has done for their son, and now, hopefully for their SONS.

Go Tigers!!

R. Jeff should commit now to protect his interests.
We have 4, probabaly five slots left and have the following apparently actively in play:
Gilmore
T. Williams
Beckwith
Priest Willis
Goodman
R. Robinson
I wouldn't put RJ ahead of any of these guys.
Then there could always be a surprise: RSJ? Prevot?

I wouldn't be surprised if he committed this weekend. I think he will be in this class.

Everyone has Jefferson on commitment watch this weekend/next week so there may be legs to it. I have no doubts he'll be in the class no matter when he goes public. I don't understand why anyone would think we'd turn him away. It's not happening unless he has completely lost the ability to run which I highly doubt. He was most people's choice as the top player in the state as soon as February. He hasn't gotten worse. 4-5 guys may have jumped him(everyone has a different opinion) but he's an easy top 10 player in the state. I think closer to top 5 than 10. He's not Jordan so don't hold it against him.

The majority of people want RJ to be a part of this class. He's a great football player

RJ is a very good player, but we have limited slots available (4 or 5?). I count more than that number who are still seriously considering LSU and who may be better prospects.
A lot of very good players are interested in committing to LSU...
Would you take RJ if it came to a choice between him and Gilmore? Prevot? Williams? RSJ?
P. Willis?

If RJ commits, you take him. No questions asked. Find room for some others such as Willis, Goodman, RSJ, etc.
