This has got to be the most strange recruit I've ever seen in my years following recruiting. It keeps getting weirder and weirder. At this point i don't think anyone has seen this kid or made contact with him. He misses flights and misses official visits but says he's at the visit. Gets kicked out of school.
Where is he and where will he commit? Does he even play football?

These things point to other issues.
I was of the opinion that LSU didn't have a luxury of passing on a LBer with talent. But, this kid just has too many red flags.

i honestly don't think he's real. He's like the opposite of that guy who trolled his town about committing to UCLA. The fact that he's so sketchy points to problems down the road.

Dude doesn't seem to have his head screwed on straight. I don't know if it's mental, family problems, or his attitude just sucks. But something is way, way off here.

He could be one of those dudes with incredible athletic ability but has bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. That shite wrecks peoples lives.

I'd link the post from another site but can't find the article. He was scheduled to visit LSU for a home game (I believe Florida although it doesn't matter which team for this story) and game tickets for recruits are left under a will call type place to pick up under their names. No one saw him at this game before, during, or after - coaches, assistants, other recruits, etc. But when the coaches checked the roll call for the tickets, Joyner had gone to will call and gotten his tickets. The mystery continues

He played in the same LB corps as Ratphuc Hobley. So, yes he is most certainly real.

Stampini actually got a picture of him at UA All American practice. I was shocked to see it.
