kind of similar to all the talk i read on here yesterday about the NCAA needing to investigate stoops if he goes in home with phillips this week. both situations are just sour grapes from the school who doesn't think they're getting the player.

he looked good to me in the limited time he played this season. started returning some kicks towards the end of the year. i think he'll make a big jump this off season and should have a major role in the offense next year.

i'm an OU fan, so i'll answer from my perspective.
if i was you all, i wouldn't be too concerned. stoops has already done his in-home, so it won't be him there making the pitch, and whoever does show up won't be able to say anything that hasn't already been said.
i have a feeling that this goose is cooked for OU.

If Phillips has been this conflicted on taking back a commitment, I doubt he takes this lightly. He wont flip, then flip back.

A lot of those comments were aimed more at a couple of less informed OU trolls who have been hanging around here flaming over Philips and saying that Stoops was definitely going to be there on Friday. I'm guessing that OU insiders meant Mike Stoops was visiting Friday and these other posters just misunderstood.
Based on your comments, you seem much more level-headed and informed about what is going on.
