Man, every time I hear this kid talk I come off more and more impressed. This kid has a great head on his shoulders, and seems like one whose commitment we won't need to worry about wavering. Sounds like he's gonna be workin to get more kids to LSU. (worth noting that he's HS teammates with Raleek Brown (2022 APB who is NASTY)).

Could definitely see Raesjon having a future wearing #18.

Can’t believe we’re now on to following the recruiting class of 2021. Fook me I’m getting old.

I really hope we can manage to land Raleek Brown...Not only would he be an absolute PROBLEM in the new offense, but keeping that MD pipeline going will pay off year after year after year.

Winning championships and/or beating Bama will keep that pipe open. The PAC12 has pretty much shot itself in the foot and will continue to be the weakest P5 Conf. So if those high profile west coast guys want to play in the CFP they will have to come east - not just to LSU but the major conteneders in the east.

Unfortunate that when Bryce Young flipped it was to the Gumps and not us. I remember an interview when Bryce was still a USC commit that he and Elias were arguing who was gonna get the other to flip.

Going all out for Bryce Young was complete desperation on Saban’s part to remain elite. He can feel his dominance slipping away in this new era of spread/RPO. Young is very good but I’ll be interested to see how durable he is in this league at his size.

just hoping he signs

nobody is actually committed until they sign, no matter how much they talk up a school or say they are "shutting down"

UCLA as well. What's the premier California football school right now? Cali recruits, particularly LA are ripe for the picking right now.

LMAO at "desperation". Dude flipped the #1 QB in the country.

Bama would have been in the playoffs if Tua didn't get hurt.

They weren’t. They got beat by LSU with Tua. Quit making excuses for them. They don’t need your help. The media gives them enough

Very nice find. Thanks for sharing.

Confident kid. Seems a little too nice and polite to be a LB, but I guess he knows how to turn on that switch once he steps on the gridiron.

The idea that recruiting one of the best QBs in the country is somehow evidence of something bad (being “desperate”) is absolutely idiotic. I mean do you even hear yourself? “Theyve got one of the best incoming QBs in the country, boy they must be DESPERATE!” You don’t think we’re going all out for caleb williams right now?

I hate the gumps as much as anybody but that’s just grasping at straws.

Compared to Bama’s previous teams and recruiting classes, without Bryce Young, they would have looked rather mundane for their standards. I’ve never been one to think Bama was falling back to the pack before this year, but I think it’s evident that’s the case now or everyone is catching up. Without them flipping young, they would have been in serious trouble.

I do hear myself. The game of football has changed and you have no shot to win at a high level with the game managers anymore. Saban knows this. If you don’t think saban pulled out all the stops for Young, you are kidding yourself. Had Young stuck with his USC pledge, bama was going to be hard pressed to make another title run.

PAC 12 is weak but not as bad as the ACC.

Programs have caught up, but bama hasn't slid.
