Gore may need a redshirt, but he's not near as small as some on here seem to think. Gore is 5'10, 175. He's pretty well put together. He certainly needs to add some weight, but he's by no means fragile.

That is what Gore brings to the table.

On film you don't see him being run down from behind, so he must be fast enough. Besides I don't believe that forty time.Scout has him at 4.6 in the forty.

I just think if we all chime in about negative posts it will detour a few of them.

Wishful thinking, my friend. Negative people can't do anything but be negative and they ain't happy unless they're dumping that negativity onto everybody else.
Hopefully any kids coming on here will not put much stock in what the boneheads are sayin'.

Especially when you consider how quick Ware's feet are in his video. He has great cutback ability.

cutback/quickness>40 times

Its nice to have a RB with both and runs a 4.4 but they're usually NFL superstars...

forty times mean almost nothing. Today, kids can be "trained" to improve their start and hence their forty time, but as soon as they stop training, their forty time goes back to where it was before. Show me where that forty start technique is ever used in a game situation.

Ware reminds me of Duece McCallister and Gore reminds me of Westbrook.

Yeah, but with those hamhocks he calls thighs churning between the tackles and him constantly hammering for 4-6 yards a play, the D will be so worn down by the 4th quarter that they won't be able to catch him and won't want to either.

He looked like a guy with true running back instincts, he knew when to cut and was very good at finding a hole. I liked that when he hit the hole he hit it at full speed, which he seemed to get to very quickly.

Maybe if you weren't such a dick, it wouldn't be that big of a deal.

We're talking recruiting, and no one is being negative but you.

The one thing I really noticed about Gore that i didn't see in any other film was how fast he hits the hole. It is absolutely unbelievable how fast he gets through the hole which a great skill to have for a RB.

How was he being negative? Situational back is being negative? Its a legit opinion. Reggie Bush was a situational back in CFB and he tore it up. How was he being negative?

A lot of people that know nothing about football think that 40 times make or break a football player. Just excuse their ignorance.
