It's still possible Brown could end up here but it's not very likely at all. Jones,Phillips and Devall have outstanding offers with David Perkins likely having one if he commits when he visits. I posted last week that it seems Chavis isn't sold on Richie and that Richie is likely going to Miss St anyway.
It's not a matter of "if" with Jones, it's a matter of when. He'll be a Tiger and even Nebraska people know it. Pelini and co are going to try to sway him back but it's not happening.
