He will have to crush the combine to go day 2. He's a day 3 pick as it stands.

maybe... i think he's easily a day 2 guy, and will run well at the combine, and clearly his game tape speaks for itself, but to solidify himself as a for sure 1st rounder, he needs to come back and allow Kiffin to feature him in the offense, which I can almost guarantee he would do

He's 5'8" and coming off a season with 398 yards. He would be the outlier of all outliers to go 1st round at this point.

i agree... which i said what i said... but he has plenty of game tape that really pops, enough to warrant a 3rd round selection, especially if he runs well at the combine, which i would expect him to... like i said, i definitely think he's a 2nd day guy, who could, again, if he absolutely tore up the combine, could sneak in the back half of the 1st...

coming back, in Kiffin's offense, he could throw up some good numbers to get that 1st round status solidified in the next draft

There is NOT ONE SINGLE GUY on this team that has the ability to return that should declare early this year.

Zavion may be able to come back just depends on how many games he played in 2022 at State I can’t find it

You can’t make a statement like that then try and paint me as the stupid person. Not how that works

oh, Lester... you do quite a good enough job of that yourself, you don't need any help from anyone for that...

The last 5'8" wide receiver drafted in the first round of the NFL Draft was Tavon Austin, selected by the St. Louis Rams in 2013

Zavion has played at least 11 games all 4 years he’s been in college, per cfbstats.com

Also, per his LSU bio LINK

and? you think he's the LAST short receiver that will ever be picked in the 1st round, until the end of time?

AA absolutely has the talent and heart to be a 1st rounder, if he comes back for another year and has good production... there is not a doubt in my mind he's capable of that... lots of teams could use a guy, that all he does is move the chains when given the opportunity... dude would be a fricking beast in Sean Payton's system... or Ben Johnson's... Mahomes could use an AA right about now... hell, he's better than anything the Saints currently have...

In no world will he get picked in the first round. I'm the biggest Aaron Anderson fan on here. He needed to build on what he did last yr and he just didn't.

He really needs to come back.

According to Zavion's tweet, I think he's pondering the idea of returning.

Most underused player on our team. He always makes something happen with the ball in his hands. He runs hard and strong like a RB and has pretty good hands as a WR and has agility of a return man.

I think he'll be a pretty good NFL player and we just don't use him enough.

He could return if the 5 for 5 rule passes right after the season. Not sure if that’s still moving forward, though.

i'm just gonna go out on a limb and say you missed my entire first post about this.... i said the exact same thing.... he's not a first rounder THIS YEAR, but if he comes back and puts up solid numbers he could solidify a 1st round status in the FOLLOWING YEAR'S draft...

I asked Chat how many WRs 5'9" or shorter have been drafted in the 1st round in the last 10 years: Hollywood Brown and Zay Flowers. None 5'8". I can't really see Anderson playing himself into a 1st round pick

then that settles it... that's the end all, be all of humanity nowadays, so it has spoken, so that closes that book, i suppose...

and that's cool... that's your opinion, and i can respect that... i apparently differ from your opinion, and that's cool too... that's what makes this site great, various opinions and view points... one of us will end up being right, one will be wrong, and in the grand scheme of life, it really don't fricking matter anyway
