Lmao. Right on cue. No, it is not overblown. You are something else with your daily narcise cheerleading

You do know that no one takes you seriously right? You are most likely a family member, and at the very least WAY to close to the situation to be taken seriously

I saw Brandon Harris play in the state championship in high school. He looked like a stud. When the defense took about the long pass, he ran all over them. Then, he got to college and accuracy matters. True dual threat QB's are lethal, but a dual threat QB without accuracy is just a RB

The QB concerns should boil down to getting them to produce at LSU first, not the NFL.

Absolutely. He is the classical dual threat Qb. He is fast AF, VERY athletic, has a strong arm, but no accuracy.
He just had Lane Kiffin call an offense around his strengths. Many of Bamas passes were screens and quick slants with a lone receiver that goes deep in case the defense screws up coverage. Jalen then can make passes under 15 yards or can throw the deep ball and allow his 5-star WR (Ardarius Stewart) to go get it.

You missed my points. When the game gets faster, like the jump from high school to SEC, more skill is needed and more accuracy is needed. Dual threat qb's, in my humble opinion, typically rely on their legs too much and don't develop the accuracy. When they start to face actual DB's with speed and skill, they are blown out. I'd much rather have a mobile, smart pocket passer qb (Myles Brennan) as opposed to an incredibly athletic dual threat qb without the accuracy (Lowell Narcisse). However, I also believe someone like Deshaun Watson can become tGOAT if they actually can become a DUAL threat by passing in the pocket or running in open space.

Narcisse should have wildcat packages next year as a true freshman. The dude can be a Tebow-like player with better passing skills.

Time will tell.... I think he stands a fighting chance

I think for a kid his size, with now both knees - it's a concern. Will he be able to condition sufficiently to keep his weight at a manageable level. No one doubts the kid's potential - he can make the throws and runs very well for a big QB. I don't want to toss around comparisons to $cam, who was a once in a generation type player at the college level, but Narcisse is that type of player.
He's going to play right around 225 or 230 pounds - and that's pretty stout for a QB that is listed at not quite 6'3". He needs some coaching, of course, and some fundamental work - he's relying on his physical advantages. But, he has a lot of potential. Southpaw, but we'll deal with it if it works.

passing skills
Thats all he needs to be worrying about next year. They should make him practice staying his arse in the pocket and develop passing skills.

Yes and Alabama lost the national championship because he couldn't move the chains after Scarbarough got hurt. Alabamas defense held Clemson in check for as long as they possibly could but Clemson stayed in the game because Jalen hurts only had 63 yards passing until that one busted play to OJ howard. In fact he shouldn't have had a touchdown drive at all against LSU if it weren't for the bs penalty to keep the drive alive and the 4 holds on one play, and that was a QB scramble TD. If LSU had jalen hurts as a QB we probably would've had the same record.

So in this instance when you take Narcisse and Brennan, what are their mindset coming in? They both can't play, is their goal to make the other one want to transfer?
Posted on 1/11/17 at 6:10 am to Ace Midnight
Jr is every bit of 6'3". Told me his goal weight is 215, and he's already on a diet plan. By the time spring ball starts he'll be 215.

I love the way Scott isn't even mentioned. Dude can ball, which doesn't bode well right away for Narc.
