I certainly hope he’s very committed.

There is no place like the SEC West for him to showcase his talent. There are many WR’s in the SEC that will be pros and particularly in the West. To go a step further, there are currently several that will be pros on our offense. Obviously talent stands out no matter where it goes, but if you want to be the best, you need to practice and play against the best to push yourself to get “that” much better. No better place right now than LSU to accomplish that.

I can't imagine usc being a contender for him. If Stingley is a deterrent, then obviously playing for bama would have the same problem.

Stingley shouldn’t be a deterrent for any recruit since Kristian Fulton is graduating. That opens up another starting slot.

Fulton is certainly leaving after this year, but he'll still have a year of eligibility left, so it's possible he could return.

Wrong. Stingley means only 1 spot is available. That makes it that much less likely that you start.

False. He lost the year he was suspended

Why? SI Reported he redshirted in 2017.

quote:

Fulton used his redshirt for the 2017 season, but if he remains suspended for 2018, he will just miss out on one of his three remaining years of elibility and return for the 2019 campaign with two seasons of eligibility remaining.

LINK

I had never heard that was inaccurate.

That’s incorrect. He’s a senior this year.

That article was written before the 2018 season .. It says if he "remains suspended for 2018" which he didn't.

TL:DR: Both analysts say he sticks with LSU and if there is a threat it’s Ohio State.

Ricks plays on the other side of Stingley next year IMO.

Right. Fulton was one of the Juniors that Coach O convinced to stay for their senior year.

His family literally bought a house in Baton Rouge lol.

I'm no insider but that tells me all I need to know.

They literally did not buy a house in Baton Rouge.

That was proven false.

It also says he used his red shirt in 2017. 2016 he was a true freshmen, redshirt in 2017, RS So in 2018 (draft eligible after the season), so he should be a junior this year, unless the article was wrong and he didn't actually get to red shirt in 2017 due to some sort of NCAA rule regarding drug suspensions.

All incoming freshman have 5 years to play 4, and this thread is the first I've heard that Fulton lost his rs year, so I was hoping someone could provide a link explaining it.
