Well Robinson has guaranteed Hootie will sign with Bama. It's already a done deal in his mind.

I'd say Hootie is a Bama lean at this point.

What gives you the impression that Robinson holds that much sway over Jones?

I do not believe anyone is truly 50-50. Hootie has a favorite but is not saying it publicly. CR was not 50/50. I believe CR favored Bama for a long time just like LC. If a recruit is a "lock" to LSU, they would have committed already.

Translation = he's going to Bama. Anyone who thinks he was at crob's deal yesterday just to "show support" is in denial.

Didnt Hootie just recently say over the weekend that he knew where CRob was going and that wherever he went didnt matter to Hootie and that he was his own man and was going to go where he wants to??

Translation= CRob going to Bama. I wont be going to Bama.

Everybody needs to chill the frick out.

Seriously, since yesterday this has been the worst ive seen the recruiting board.

Stay in denial if it helps you. I see it differently.

I would definitely be in favor of this being he doesn't hold an offer from us and is a bama commit. This is an LSU recruiting board.

The reality is that most of these recruits are more enamored with Bama than a lot of you so-called LSU recruit-niks are willing to admit. Be honest you don't know where he is leaning....could be us or Bama but why act like they are silent LSU commits when they tell you they are not....

Gee, I don't know. Maybe Hootie's long time friend knows more about where he's leaning the anyone on this board. Just a hunch on my part.

Damn there are some fatalistic people here. How do you know he's closer to Robinson than Diarse?

I dont know. There has been so many bullshite pointless threads and a lot of them have been whacked. A lot of randoms coming on the recruiting board and saying stupid shite.

Seriously ProjectP. Hes known Diarse longer, went to school with him, called him a best friend, and most importantly, he PLAYED with him and was with him when Diarse was being recruited. Diarse took Hootie under his wing during his recruiting process.

Would you rather had hootie drive to Atlanta for bama's game and skipped CRob's ceremony? Or is it a better sign for LSU the way Hootie did it?
