I am being sarcastic. If all these people think Saban is so good then he doesn't need all those players. Get it? Now it so happens in the game of football good players make a coach more than anything. But with the media, and everyone who glorifies this coach has a hand in inspiring our best recruits in that direction. Now you can call me stupid all you want.

He's stubborn as frick and some may not believe it, but he's as arrogant as Saban is but Miles hides it better. There is no way he would give a kid power over him to dictate who he recruits and who he doesnt, no matter how good the prospect is. It would not surprise one bit to know that Miles knew offering Sims would help LSU but still didnt do it, because for whatever reason he didnt want Sims and wouldn't give Crob or anyone that leverage over him.
Well being that stubborn is not a good thing!! It can blind a person and not allow him to make rational decisions.

Ok that has got to be the STUPIDEST statement I have heard in my entire life!! Damn you are one dumb sh*t!!!
Can't believe y'all can't understand what I am saying. But that must be public school education.
Let me try this. He's a good coach because he gets great players. But he is so glorified at being a good coach by the media and everyone who mentions his name "sarcastically" I am saying well if he is such a good coach prove it without these players and see how successful he is. I know it won't be done but it just a thought, damn.

he was the #2 safety in the country, the #17 player overall, and the #1 player in the state, per rivals, and they compared him to laron landry. he's a true soph, and so far, he's playing on st, and nickel and dime. call me crazy, but i'm not impressed.
just goes to show that many (most) of these guys don't necessarily become difference makers in college based on their pre-senior season ratings/evaluations. Most are good players, but they're not going to make/break your program.

I didn't go back and read all what was said about Hootie but NOLA has a interview with CamR and he said he and Simms are working on Hootie to join them at Bama. Kinda concerning. Lets hope that Hootie is his own person and he chooses the Tigers.

I could wrong, he has plenty of time to live up to the hype, but so far he hasn't.
Well way too early to write the book on LC!! If he is not starting next year there will be more said, but time will tell.

Beat Bama and their momentum will die. Bama will not beat LSU this year.

I honestly thought we had a better chance with CRob than with Hootie. Maybe he'll visit in some big games and it pushes him towards us.

Hootie is all the time at lsu camps and scrimmages...he was at lsu/tcu game with lsu recruits...he's usually wearing lsu stuff sweats bands socks (lol) I've yet to see him in bama anything and as far as I know he's been to couple Bama camps and scrimmage... and I see him often

LOL, just announce for Bama already if that's the school you want Hootie. Don't be a coward. Just let it fly. Get it over with quick.

If you are a true fan of the lsu program and you go to Bama, your life in Louisiana is dead. Even considering Bama is disgusting. If you're good enough you can play anywhere. Bama is not the reason you will be successful.
