Fun Fact: At the time of the initial release of the 2020 top 100, Jordan Berry came in at the #35 overall prospect and peaked as the #33 overall prospect... don’t know why he fell so hard, maybe injury

Yup. A poster mentioned he was hurt to so that’s dragging him down. He’s about to start getting a lot of offers. Out of his 6 offers he has a USC, UGA, UF, and now LSU, so we know he can play. Will probably shoot up in the rankings.

This is about Jalen Lee. He went to the Bama JR day because he received a letter invite from Bama and a personal invite from the Bama coaches back in mid January. The family made plans then and told the coaches they would come. They had had zero contact with LSU at this point.
He was told he had a JR day invite to LSU when Coach O offered 2 weeks ago, but there was no follow up until Tuesday or Wednesday this week. The family followed through on there plans and went to Bama because they told the Bama coaches they were coming.
The family is Pro-LSU, but the LSU staff has to get off their butts. Jalen hadn’t spoken to meatball until Thursday this week. Yes, 2 days ago was the first time he was contacted by meatball.
He was told he had a JR day invite to LSU when Coach O offered 2 weeks ago, but there was no follow up until Tuesday or Wednesday this week. The family followed through on there plans and went to Bama because they told the Bama coaches they were coming.

If we want him theres plenty of time. With the lack of communication, it appears he may further down the board which as an instate offer seems strange. Definitely a curious approach considering the offer, unless said offer just isnt real, likely similar to the one Bama gave today. Not real as in uncommittable. We dont usually do that instate with such a short window of opportunity.(meaning time to commit before uncommittable)

What you’re saying makes no sense. Coach O made an offer (scholarship?) 2 weeks ago along with an invite to JR day. But the “PRO-LSU” family already made a commitment to attend Alabama JR day in January. This has nothing to do with when meatball made a follow up and everything to do with the family making a commitment to Alabama before considering all their options.
