Had the pleasure of meeting William Clapp's grandfather

the other day. He was saying how bad Saban wanted William and was very disappointed when he committed to LSU. 
He also said at "Boys From the Boot" that William, LF and Frank Wilson were sitting around and Frank told LF, "this is who's going to be blocking for you". Told him I can't wait to see William opening those holes for LF. Glad he'll be wearing PnG rather than Crimson and white!

I know a good friend of William's, an old coach of his. He says he is all LSU and he will be a tiger 100%. I sure hope so, he sounds like a good kid.
