Per Billy Liucci of TexAgs....he’s a douche, but he knows the local kids better than anyone in Texas.....TIFWIW

“Not a surprising de-commit but better off for both parties for as long as the five-star QB is taking visits. LSU is who I'd consider the favorite.”

Is this true re the 7 on 7? Heard he surprised folks earlier by not joining FAST or Texas Elite.

Lance Legendre has been getting offers. Dual threat qb from Louisiana. I think LSU needs to get this kid even if it turns to add depth to the qb position and isn't the starter. Gunnel and Legendre would be a nice duo.

Gunnell is about it. He’s the only one with real potential at least. The 2019 class is incredibly weak at QB.

Heard it from someone who was there. They said he kept taking sacks on a drive and then just quit. Weird thing about it was that up until that point Grant was killing it. Same dude said that he was on point with this throws and doing great. Then he just left.

Not sure why Bama offered Legendre, but he isn’t that good. Almost a carbon copy of Brandon Harris, just a bit more athletic. Cannon arm, quick release, terrible footwork, inaccurate as hell. Guess they need to take a ton of QBs next year since they’ll only have Tua and Mac Jones on roster.

It will be very difficult imo for them to take 2 QBs in 2019. Not only is it a loaded class for them but they also will have to use 2 spots on ST players. They also have to load up on DBs.

Totally agree. Don't even care til signing day. Cfb recruiting is a circus. Hell didn't this kid just "shut it down" and "reaffirm" his commitment to the aggies like 2 weeks ago? I hope LSU signs the best class in America but I don't believe for a second any of these kids understand what commitment means. I know...get off my lawn lol

that was rumor. He never came out and said he was shutting it down, etc. He committed to A&M with the previous staff. Fisher is looking at more dual threats.

Decommitted cause of the qb's they have coming in, I really think gunnell would have a better chance to start at lsu.

So he doesn't like competition?

The aggie 247 guy, Pepperoni, is saying its an Okie St/Ark battle, despite the talk he's seen about LSU.

Just FWIW.

That Foster commit must have really sealed the deal to him that he is not what Jimbo wants.

He is unofficially visiting LSU this weekend, the first school after decommitting. LSU is VERY VERY much in it. We have to sell him on all the great receivers we already have and the current system we are implementing.
