what is more baffling is that miles and 80% of posters wanted chavis to stay. I don't put this on Wilson at all since he recruits whatever is in south la. and he can't force chavis or haley to get off their arse and recruit. lm should have though. he allowed chavis to go unchecked because of the past success of the defense.

I want to say I read it here about all of the responsibility of LB recruiting fell on Brick, but since he was our DL coach, he was spread too thin to make a real impact at the position.

so we didn't get a Mississippi kid to leave Mississippi. Why does anyone need to be blamed? Can't it just be that he wanted to play close to home? of course not, because frick Miles, amiright glen?

It's not that, it's that there is not a single LBer in this class.
Guilbeau is an idiot. This is squarely on Chavis. Frank single handedly almost brought Leo here. Both Steele and Eaux busted their asses with him as well.
Sorry that Chavis is a lazy arse that doesn't want to recruit players for the position he coaches. That is on him and no one else
