No the IRS is only concerned with their cut.
The NCAA will have to put their own work in and they are already corrupted. They seem to be easily bought by the highest bidder.

Would raise red flags with the IRS.
Neither the bank or the IRS reports to the NCAA do they?
Now my bank flags deposits of $3400.
When I asked why they said it was a new bank policy.
