The whole Karr - LSU issue goes back to the Juluke days....He was always playing 2nd fiddle in Algiers to what Wilson did at OP Walker, then as AD of Orleans Parish and then onto college. There has always been a distaste for Frank when he shows up at Karr...they consider him an elitist and such....he is not one of the "boys". Always though it was weird but....I guess some people don't like seeing others succeed!

GW's decision to go to UF has more to deal with family disfunction and the way Tiger fans treated his brother than anything the staff did or didn't do. I don't see any chance of GW flipping.
For what it's worth, I think there is a real chance Speedy flips to LSU (and that's why Frank is heading to Karr).

This, and I thought the rule was FW could only talk to them if Speedy or GW3 go to the LSU campus, because FW is not allowed to go to the Karr campus per NCAA rules. If they are to meet in person they would only be allowed to do it on the LSU campus. FW can call them though.

You guys keep being in denial. LSU fans, and some on this board in particular, are among the worst. Every school has bad fans who will turn on a kid, but we have some who seem to revel in it.

I may be wrong about this, but I think it has to do with the quiet period we are in.... I know little about the periods and the rules, but someone posted recently that talking during the quiet period can occur at the student's school (I don't know if that is true, if that is the only place, etc). Just passing this on
