He absolutely is getting toyed with. This goes way back to the early pages of this thread when he believed people that were telling him that Quad has the best arm they had seen at his age and would be the most talented QB LSU has had in a long time.
Honestly I’d be shocked if how much his recruitment has been broadcasted has turned off some staffs and hurt Quad in a way. On the SEC Recruiting board Coach is disclosing information regarding Bamas class that he says came directly from Saban. Regardless if he’s not being truthful (which I don’t think is the case to be honest) or is actually spreading first half information from Nick Saban, that’s not a good look at all.

Ouch.
I guess it's also important to remember that we ONLY know what's been stated in these threads, and are forming our own opinions based on that. We don't know even close to the entire story.
That being said, this is looking like a very poorly handled situation, for the OPs career, but more importantly for Quads recruitment.

If you look through this thread, you can see many times where Coach J said Quad would commit 100% if LSU offered. How Quad isn’t interested in Bama.

So again why hasn't Quad called Coach Saban and committed yet, Yeah cause his offer isn't committable. BOL mods like Tim Watts are saying that. Atleast "CoachJ" finally shows his real colors, though there were quite a few who caught onto the act early on. I feel bad for Quad tbh. I wonder if he's posed as a fan of the other schools Quad has shown interest in?

I'll also say this, the LSU "insiders" like Shea, Sonny, Billy, etc have said throughout that it was his "recruiting manager guy pushing the interest," they even used the word "pushy trainer guy." They've said throughout that they don't see LSU offering.
So you take that, or you take what this guy said about LSU lieing. I would tend to lean towards Shea and the guys.

Coach,I'm a high school coach as well and after seeing several 7 on 7 tournaments I would take Parrish over Quad too. You are indirectly making our fan base (who was going to root for Quad at Vandy )hope he sucks and never plays a down. Your kid is good but not top of the SEC good RIGHT NOW. The better player right now is Parrish by a Longshot and that is who LSU should have offered. Quad got his chance which is all you should want. Your not doing yourself or future prospects any favors acting like an entitled little brat if you don't get your way.

Very true. That being said, I hope nothing but the best for Quad unless he is playing against LSU. Coach J on the other hand needs to take it down several notches and learn how to play the recruiting game a little better. A better sense of objectivity wouldn’t hurt either.

I think Quad at the right school, playing at the right level of college football, could be successful. But the fact that Jason mentions Quad as an NFL first rounder twice in that post kind of shows that his mindset is really out of whack.
As for Surtain, if Bama doesn't negative recruit against Coach Raymond, and LSU shows the Surtains that Raymond's job was more secure than it appeared to be, he's a Tiger. It has nothing to do with mindset. Bringing up Prescott as well, well that's just outlandish. Just chalk it up on the ever growing list of false statements and lies from Jason.

Agreed, Quad seems like a good kid and will root for him as a person no matter which school he chooses.
