Once Phillips got to LSU and hunkered down in the film room with Dave Aranda, regarded by many as the nation’s top defensive coordinator, the kid was hooked.

It legit moved just at the thought of watching tape with tDave.

Bowls, Polls....the BCS and Notre Dame.

Can u give more details on this? I'm in hopes of an inside look at the media games played by N.Damez, especially their relationship with NBC in the last decade for so..

imo that relationship bends all too much favor//support towards theDamez, re: rankings, etc.

That write up was good and when I was reading it I think Ed oregeon is making all the right moves. Like giving Dennis Johnson the full time position people Shite on that but that was the right move. K lavon might be one of the best ever man that first step and his instincts. Im saying it now he will be better than Arden key y'all might hate but I'll take bets

Here's his recent podcast, they start talking about his article around the 46:30 mark. Interesting someone from Jarez Park's camp reached out to LSU but they weren't impressed with his film.

The staff’s reaction to each of the running backs’ film sometimes doesn’t align with the rankings. One back’s first play on the tape has Orgeron sold. The kid, a smaller back, displays dazzling change-of-direction skills and balance in wriggling himself out of trouble after being surrounded by tacklers.

Any ideas as to whom they refer? Lyn J Dixon or another?

Just read Meat Market finally a month or so ago. Was surreal reading about Joe McKnight as a high school recruit after his tragic passing. Excellent read though, finished it in a few days. A must read for any SEC or college football fan in general.

As for the link in the OP, another great read. Feldman seems to have a tight relationship with O. Loved the passage on Austin Thomas, glad we got him back from USC.

We're in good hands, baws. Let's go get some 2018 studs.

I was wondering the same thing. I have zero familiarity with the next class.

Anybody have a guess?

I would say Dixon or Keaontay Ingram. They did offer Dixon right after NSD and I don't think they offered Ingram yet.
